When you walk into Campsie Family Dental, it won’t have the hospital-like atmosphere you might expect. We want to make sure that you feel comfortable. In our warm and welcoming environment, you’ll be greeted by our receptionist. We’ll have you fill out some forms before you meet Dentist Dr James Song. Get a coffee or tea if there is a brief wait and take some time to relax!

What to Expect

At your first appointment, we’ll talk about what has brought you here and what will be done today. Usually, it’s an examination which can also be booked with a cleaning. It involves an examination of your teeth and soft tissues. If we identify any problems, we’ll tell you what your treatment options are. The cleaning or additional treatment you need will be completed if time allows.

Please plan on your first visit with us taking about 30-45 minutes.
